Metformin and vildagliptin
Diabetes mellitus type 2:
- In ads. without sufficient control of blood glucose with the max. tolerated metformin monotherapy orally or already in tto. with this combination in individual forms.
- In combination with a sulphonylurea (triple therapy), as a coadjuvant to diet and exercise, in ads. inadequately controlled with metformin and a sulphonylurea.
- In combination with insulin (triple therapy), as a coadjuvant to diet and exercise, in ads. not adequately controlled with insulin and metformin.
